RxNiti is clinic management software for Indian clinics. It runs the whole visit in one place: patient records and case sheets, prescriptions, consent forms, billing and payments, stock, in-patient admissions and reports. It is a web application that also installs on a phone or tablet.

Ayurveda, Dental, Allopathy and Physiotherapy. Each gets its own case sheet — Ashtavidha and Dashavidha pariksha for Ayurveda, a tooth chart for Dental, episode-based assessments for Physiotherapy — while records, billing and reports stay the same across all of them. Other specialties are added on request, usually within 15 days.

Yes. Rooms, beds and tariffs, admission and discharge, daily rounds, medication administration, room rent posting and a running in-patient bill are all part of the product rather than a separate module you buy later.

The app keeps showing the records already loaded on that device and queues the changes you make, then syncs them when the connection returns. A banner tells the front desk exactly how many changes are still waiting.

Each clinic sees only its own records — separation is enforced in the database itself, not just in the screens. Every change to a record is written to an audit trail with who made it and when, patient consent is captured and stored with the signature, and the product is built to India’s DPDP Act.

Yes. Patients, and their existing UHIDs where you have them, can be imported from a spreadsheet, so a clinic that has been running on paper or Excel does not start from an empty list.
